Processing Time


All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

During collection launches, sales, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we’ll notify you of any delays via email.


Shipping Within South Africa

We deliver nationwide across South Africa using trusted courier partners such as Aramex, PUDO and Paxi.

Delivery usually takes 1–14 business days depending on your location.


Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number.


Shipping Fees


Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

We also offer:

Local pickup (Pretoria) available on request — we’ll contact you to arrange collection.


International Shipping


International shipping is currently not available.

Delays caused by couriers or public holidays.

Incorrect delivery information provided by customers.

Please double-check your address before completing checkout.


If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 7 days so we can help resolve the issue with the courier.
